I booked an eyebrow wax. I arrived on time and had to wait for 20 minutes to be seen. Rebecca wasnt actually there but there was another lady that saw me. she told me that they are out of wax and she can only do threading. that's so unprofessional

My stylist wasn’t called Marie but he was new to the venue and he was so great! Really sorted me out and knew exactly what I wanted without me needing to say! Safe to say my hair needed some major TLC after not having it cut for a while and now I’m just so so happy with it! I didn’t catch his name but thank you so much!!
