If you're going to blast a person's hair with the dryer until there's actual smoke coming off it, you really do need to apply some protective product before you start. The texture and curl of was completely ruined. My hair smelled burnt afterwards and it has taken several days of intensive conditioning for the curls to begin to come back. Clearly the stylist had no idea how to cut, dry or style curly hair.

I accidentally booked the wrong day and they were so accommodating and were able to fit me in so I could have my hair done for my works Christmas do. Both Marie and the gentleman who I think was the manager (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) we’re very friendly.
