From before I got to the salon they were so understanding. I was very ill so they rescheduled my appointment for 2 hours later. They have an amazing staff and everyone is so helpful and lovely and Rebecca gave me exactly what I wanted so I’m so happy with the service I recieved.

The woman who cut my hair (wasn't marie) ushered me straight to the sink, without asking me what I wanted doing, then pulled a face when I asked for a consultation first. Totally unprofessional. It was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.
