I felt a bit neglected. My hairdresser rushed off as soon as she could to be with another client and didn’t listen to what I wanted for my haircut. The other person who blowdried my hair took longer than the actual hair cut and hair wash combined and burned my scalp a couple of times. I did not feel comfortable to say anything in the moment. It felt like my hairdresser was only prepared to cut my hair how she wanted, regardless of my request.

Hair was done extremely quickly was in and out within 25 mins including washed cut and blow dried. It felt a little rushed.

I booked with the Dalton Street Salon as they had last minute availability for a ladies haircut. I was greeted in a really welcoming way, the salon and all staff were really inviting. Alina was fab and took the time to discuss what I wanted before completing the wash and cut perfectly. She also took the time to curl my hair afterwards, which is something I’ve never had done, but really appreciated her taking the time to do so I could see what it looked like. Thank you Alina!
