Every time I go into the salon, they tell me what they think will work for my hair so I can style it better. Everybody in the salon is friendly and professional. Have been here a few times and never had a bad experience. After a few bad experiences with other barbers not listening to what I’ve asked them and doing the complete opposite, it’s refreshing to go to somebody who listens.

I went in for a cut and blow dry with Alina and it was the worst experience ever. Firstly when washing my hair Alina soaked my top with water. She then started cutting my hair and cut her finger so it started bleeding. Instead of plastering the cut she continued cutting my hair with blood dripping down her finger and into my hair. When she was diffusing my hair she also burnt my ear to the point where I had to pull away. I would like a refund as I had to wash blood out of my hair when I left.
