Olga was a lovely lady, I came into the salon with long bum length hair and left with a longish bob which was nothing like the inspiration photo shown. I said I wanted to keep the length of my hair just with the ends cut off and some layers added. She just completely freestyled my hair. I did say to olga my hair is very short but just pretended I liked it as I didn’t want to be rude. Now I’ll have to spend hundreds on hair extensions to get some length back in my hair. Honestly gutted 😖

I asked for a trim to refresh my previous haircut, which I loved. I understand a trim will never take very long but it was very rushed. I think this was because someone was booked in at the same time, same stylist. She trimmed the length then took about 30 seconds to check it once it was mostly dry. No feathering the ends (it’s a feathered cut, now it looks choppy), no check for evenness. I’m going to have to correct this at home. Bright white overhead lights. Not a nice atmosphere.
