Terrible hair cut.
I had the "Luxury Hair Cut" and for the second time received no head massage, despite being advertised. Particularly annoying given that I'm a student and did not to book the cheaper student price hair cut solely for the reason that the "Luxury Cut" allegedly includes a head massage. Once is a mistake, twice is false advertising.
My hair cut is awful, I asked for layers but a big chunk has been cut out of my hair, no blending at all.
& I have had NO response from the salon
