Booked HD brows but it was just a thread and tint, not HD brows at all. Falsely advertised.

The cut wasn’t even and was badly done. Layers were cut insanely thick and she completely botched my fringe, luckily i was able to fix the fringe myself but i can’t do much about the layers. She wasnt very friendly and didn’t tell me her name. I was sat in a chair with someone else’s bag and drink on it and the general atmosphere was chaotic. My hair is damaged and i expected her to take care brushing it whilst wet but she yanked the knots out & didn’t use any serum or oil to help prevent damage

Arrived at the salon and was immediately greeted by a friendly face. My coat was promptly dealt with and I was shown to my seat with an offer of a drink. Alina asked me what look I was going for and then started curling my hair. She was very efficient and we had a nice chat as she styled my hair. Very pleased with the overall experience and my hair looked great!
