I had to go elsewhere that afternoon to get them re-done.
No sculpting was done. I had gel stuck under my nail. I asked for pastel and the technician chose the colours for me. These were neon. The one colour I did pick she went 'are you sure?'. Made to feel really uncomfortable the whole time. Repeatedly said I wanted them short and the technician said 'this is short enough'. They were very long. Took 2.5 hours for half finished nails.
Have requested a refund but not heard back from salon.

I wish I could attach photos with timestamps as 3 of my biab extension nails fell off within the first couple of days.

I have had a good experience at the salon. Everyone is really welcoming and friendly. Marie listened to what I wanted and she was communicative throughout every step. I love my cut and will be back again in the future.
