Very friendly greeting when I arrived, I checked in with one of the guys doing hair and waited for a moment. The woman doing my gel toes appointment didn't seem to be expecting me, and then didn't know what treatment I'd booked (took me to the desk for nails). She spoke very little english so when I asked a question about one of the glitter colours I couldn't really get an answer. Not much prep done on nails but overall okay result. Okay for £20 but I don't think I would go back.
