Upon arrival I was greeted by a male, I was seated at the front. I had booked in with Amr who was recommended by a friend. But, when it was my turn to sit in the chair I was called to by a female. She asked me what I would like so I showed her a few pictures but I felt like she didn’t take on board what I wanted. She washed my hair, the sink area was dirty, and the looked under staffed. She gave me a trim, I did want layers but unfortunately didn’t get the them.

Amazing team and hijaabi friendly. Had an appointment with Alina today who is super friendly and welcoming. Can’t thank her enough, she made sure there was a partition at every step of the appointment. Really happy with my hair treatment, thank you Alina!
