I was quite disappointed as the woman never asked what I wanted then told me what she was going to do! I wanted a thorough cut and asked for layers. she didn't do what I asked for but spent ages blow drying my hair.

I visited after a bad haircut at another place and Marie worked on restyling and made sure I loved my hair now! Managed to get same day appointment as well so thats another plus 👍
