They cut too much - I said 1 cm and suddenly 6 were knocked off my length. I didn’t mind taking off a little bit more off my fringe, but they took it all over specially at the back. It’s hard for me to grow my hair. I’m so upset and I don’t like how it looks. It’s too short!

THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE. I asked for all one length straight line trim. I was given chunks cut out of my hair, wonky on one side. I was crying in the hairdresser’s seat. The manager was so rude, dismissive, sarcastic. AWFUL

If you’re considering a men’s haircut here - don’t. The first stylist couldn’t confidently go through with it, so asked another. But neither seemed that confident. At this stage, I would’ve rather they declined to cut my hair; I also now wish I went elsewhere. I showed 4 photos of the style I wanted, my hair now looks nothing like it. Much, much shorter. I have lost so much confidence. They were also very rough with the clippers; head hurts. To management; please contact me as I want a refund.
