This was my first visit and I will definitely be coming back. Caroline was so lovely to talk to, put me at ease, and was clearly very knowledgeable. I'll be booking in for my next treatment with her!

They cut too much - I said 1 cm and suddenly 6 were knocked off my length. I didn’t mind taking off a little bit more off my fringe, but they took it all over specially at the back. It’s hard for me to grow my hair. I’m so upset and I don’t like how it looks. It’s too short!

THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE. I asked for all one length straight line trim. I was given chunks cut out of my hair, wonky on one side. I was crying in the hairdresser’s seat. The manager was so rude, dismissive, sarcastic. AWFUL
