Crystal was so lovely with my daughter who is autistic and could relate to her very well. My daughter looked relaxed during the haircut and was able to chat a bit with Crystal independently because she felt safe and comfortable to do so. Crystal was really thorough in her washing, cutting and blow drying and did a really good job of styling and thinning my daughter’s hair out. She is a real credit to the salon and a lovely person to chat to!

Crystal was so friendly snd easy to chat to. She took time to discuss the cut beforehand and in doing a good job of it when she started cutting. I felt confident and comfortable the whole time and achieved what I’d hoped for from the trim.
