Disappointed - I asked to keep my nails long but she cut them short, she was rough with the cuticle clean up and now my fingernail beds hurt, I was the first appointment and they were still setting up, the room was cold and they didn’t seem ready for a customer when I arrived (only one minute before the start of my appointment)
