Very easy to book and great experience in general. Grace was friendly and nice throughout and technically did a great job with the manicure. The only fault was the colour was completely incorrect. I had picked out two colours on the dial which came out completely differently. When I questioned this, I was simply told the sample colour dial isn’t the same colour as a natural nail so of course it wouldn’t be the same colour. What is the point of having a sample dial then if all the colours will come out differently? I then suggested putting a white colour underneath, albeit this was half way through, but was told that would be too many layers. I still appreciate the overall experience and Grace was so lovely!
