Meriem was so thorough, and helpful. She clearly has a huge wealth of experience which meant she knew exactly what to do. Even though I thought my skin was congested and needed a deep clean, she identified that it was actually dehydrated and went at my face accordingly. I think someone with less experience and knowledge may have just done what I booked, but she took the time and care to explain to me what my skin was actually doing. It was not only very relaxing it educational and I will go back
