Arrived there just on time previously booked 3 days in advance with the notice that they did not even had an idea of my reservation and there was someone else waiting they couldn’t attend me.. plus try to reach the phone number on the website for directions which was linked to a random person!!! Will definitely not come back and not recommended to no one.

We got there early no one to greet us or anywhere to sit a lady came over asked if we was there for a haircut said yes she rushed my eldest daughter haircut made her cry, then my 2nd daughter we told her just a trim she cut it not even one side longer than the other asked her to cut my daughter fringe under her eyebrows she went and cut it above her eyebrows we had to go and get someone else to sort out the mess she done on both my daughters hair

We got there early there was no where to sit no one greeted us, a lady standing there pushing a buggy then another lady came over asked us are we there for a cut she then put an apron over my daughter told her to stand up and snipped her hair I asked her could she tidy up my daughter's hair to blend in her fringe she just ignored me. Once my daughter got to see herself in the mirror she cried hated her haircut
