My friend and I have tried many spa's and salons around st albans and neighbouring towns but I would strongly recommend the cove spa to anyone. It is a little hard to find as it is tucked away from town, once you are inside, you feel a sense of total relaxation. The therapists are all extremely friendly and offer real quality treatments. We used the infra-red therapy room which was wonderful before the massage. We both felt that the massage itself was the best we had ever had - we are both nurses so are on our feet all day and were in need of a good decent deep tissue pressure and that's what we got. We then had the herbal facial - the products smelt lovely and the facial massage was deeply relaxing. All in all a delightful experience and we have re-booked and have found our little getaway from the hustle and bustle of life!
