The salon was very quiet and I appeared to be the only customer. Shape was ok but felt a bit rushed.

It was my first time at the Cove Spa. I found it a nice small beauty spa. I enjoyed the thermal room that I sat in before my massage got started, not as hot as a sauna, and not wet like a steam room more like a dark greenhouse lit by candles! It's a bit of bonus to have this in a highstreet spa but it could be clearer that your time in this room is part of the total treatment time.

Best pedicure I have had in a very long time! Me and my friend both loved our treatments, they spent a lot of time and didn't rush anything. We were well looked after!

The treatment was very good and the beautician was very thorough using both hot wax and strips at no extra cost. I thought the treatment was so good that I signed up to their scheme where you buy 6 and get 2 treatments for free.
