I really like the atmosphere at The Cove and the staff are lovely . Always punctual and willing to offer advice.

overall very good, however quite a few stray hairs were visible when I got home which I had to pluck our myself, that was quite frustrating.

Really enjoyed my express massage. The spa had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were incredibly helpful. My massage was excellent, the therapist discussed my reasons for the massage and any problem areas before beginning to personalise the massage. She was very responsive to any painful knots and spent time working these out so I felt fantastic (although a little achey afterwards as my back was in such a state.) She also made sure to tackle my neck and shoulders from the front which a lot of places I have been for the same type of massage have not done. Have already recommended to friends and will be going again!

Conveniently situated in the centre of St Albans, with a well thought out Indian style calming ambiance. The massage was deep and touched on tight muscles not without some pain,but did the job of loosening the muscles.

Great massage. Just what I needed after running around after a toddler! Staff were very friendly and the room was very relaxing.
