I desperately needed some me-time and this was the perfect escape from work life. The location was great for me working in St Albans and the spa itself was lovely, as soon as I walked in the smell of the aromatherapy treatments and products relaxed me straight away. The staff were incredibly friendly and the treatment itself was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be going back for the Express Massage as it was great.
Therapeutic Massage
Very dissappointed with service and treatment, did not come away feeling relaxed or that the massage made any difference, no ambience at all, will not be going back.
Swedish Massage
The staff are very friendly and very attentive. I had hot wax and was a lot less painful than other places I had been before, I will be going back. The only this is the place is looking a bit run down, could do with a fresh coat of paint. There is no step free access as far as i'm aware.

I had a gel nail polish applied, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will be going back! 😀
Loved my Sunday afternoon at The Cove, so accommodating and so professional. Felt totally relaxed and came out a new person!!
