Had a really great experience, the massage was so good. I was a bit meh about the infrared therapy, though I'm sure the sweating probably did me some good at some level- it is seriously hot! The massage therapists we had were great and the afternoon felt relaxed and not rushed.

Most enjoyable treatment, its fairly relaxing except for hearing other people talking in other rooms. The shower wasn't in the same rooms so the logistics are just a bit more complicated. Otherwise skin feels amazing, massage was great, staff are lovely, clearly experienced.
