The staff was lovely and friendly. The place looks slightly worn down - so not the best ambiance. Decent wax but not as good as some of the others I've had.

Had a really great experience, the massage was so good. I was a bit meh about the infrared therapy, though I'm sure the sweating probably did me some good at some level- it is seriously hot! The massage therapists we had were great and the afternoon felt relaxed and not rushed.
