Great efficient salon. I arrived early and they managed to get a different therapist to see me so I didn’t have to wait - great customer service!
Ladies' Arm & Underarm Waxing
Would not re visit. Duration of the eyebrow wax was over 90 minutes. Normally takes 15 minutes, Not only this but I found the therapist was constantly insulting me whilst trying to upsell treatments. Being told your eyebrows look awful and that you have a hairy chin is not professional. I expecting a relaxing spa experience as I work a busy day to day life however I felt degraded. I don't think it was intentional by the therapist to offend me.. Perhaps in future your staff could leave the upselling until after the treatment
