The massage was fantastic, but the masseuse interrupted the massage to offer an additional oil package and other treatments at an increased rate. When I turned it down she seemed mildly irritated. Right at the end of the massage, before I’d even had a chance to put my clothes on, she was running down how if I paid just £240 that day I could have the pay for 4, get one free deal. The sales pitch took away from the ambience and relaxation. If they want to up-sell, I don’t think this should take place mid treatment...
