The staff are professional and friendly.
The therapy rooms are warm, comfortable, and really help to relax you.
I've been to The Cover a number of times before, and it's been a great experience. I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the massage this time around. It was supposed to be deep tissue, but despite me asking for more pressure, the massage felt limp and didn't seem to have a flow to it.
I'd definitely go back again, but I would be more selective of the therapist next time
