The massage itself was very good. But the room was cold so I was hovering every time she had to move the towel, which really stopped it being relaxing. And we started 25 mins late - which she was very apologetic for for again, slightly damaged the mood.

Kaylie was lovely and chatty and very calming, she put me at ease and was very attentive. I would recommend as it was a clean and quiet environment.

I did have a lovely massage, just not quite as detailed and as firm as I normally have elsewhere to have earned the 5 stars.
