Bit disappointed in my treatment as I felt it was rushed and they couldn’t wait to get me out. My old therapist (recently moved so trying out a new place) used to check with me what I wanted and asked if ok and use tweezers etc where needed. Here they didn’t. Wax was slapped on my legs and yanked off. My therapist didn’t going over anywhere more than once or get those stray stubborn hairs and didn’t check with me what I wanted. I had to ask her to do very basic things as she just went to move on. For 3 waxing treatments I was there for a total of 20mins and that included getting changed! Feel a bit cheated as I had to go home and re do it all myself even though I’d paid £50 for the privilege.

A regular user only just satisfied this time around as appointment had to be pushed back by half an hour only after I confirmed if the booking had gone through or not via a phone call. A slight inconvenience.
