Overall it was a very lovely visit - very soothing and refreshing. Only real issue was that down in the relaxation room the music was somewhat disturbed by the machinery for the steam room which distracted from the atmosphere a little.

My leg wax was great. Comfortable as it can be, polite therapist and reasonably thorough. I did prompt her to take out some of the ingrowns but she didn’t. I then had to wait 25 minutes in the treatment room for my Brazilian. The therapist who had done my legs was not trained to do it (fair enough). However I think the salon had double booked as they hadn’t realised I had paid for a Brazilian as well. Once the second therapist arrived, she took the hair off in 4 large chunks. The room was very warm, and the wax didn’t set properly, which meant it was incredibly painful to take off. It was very uncomfortable and not at all what I’m used to. I also expected to be offered a discount/complimentary treatment for my 25 minute wait, but I wasn’t. Disappointing as I went here before for the same treatments and it was great!
