Not the best first experience. I paid for the deep cleanse facial. They forgot the mask part (which was resolved later). Discovered this evening that my eye make up was still on as that wasn't removed. 50mins only for my massage instead of 60mins.

I feel bad leaving such a negative review but my experience really was awful. This is not a clean, welcoming nor warm salon. My treatment was also very disappointing. For so much money I expected more.

Found the salon through the Treatwell app. It is large and offers lots of treatments. I think maybe I was expecting more for the money and it was hour half. Was literally just a cleanser, tone and moisturise over and over. Just lots of rubbing my face. I’ve had facials before but this wasn’t anything special. Prob fine if you just want the basic, but booked it thinking it would be more .
