Salon is very run down, needs some TLC. Cleanliness levels weren’t great which took away from the experience. Massage was nice but the overall customer experience wasn’t great. I wouldn’t return.

It was an expensive service, therefore, I expected a premium experience. The reality was far away from it. Premises not very clean, service very slow, manicure not even a complete service (for example, no cuticle removal). Definitely overpriced. Unfortunately, i cannot recommend it.
