The lady was really nice - massage was great, she worked on my back and shoulders then onto my head. Feeling very relaxed now.
Head Massage
I was served by therapist call Sophie. Treatment room is well presented and I had a warmed welcome. But I'm not happy that the facial I bought is suppose to last 1 hour 15 minutes, yet I was in the treatment room about 45 minutes. All the facials I had always comes with 10-15 minutes leave-on mask, except this facial from this salon. Also, it seems all the basic cleansing routine is not there, only quick wipe with milk cleanser and dry with cotton. I would normally expect double cleanse with milk cleanser and then exfoliate before any treatment.
During my facial I'm trying to be friendly and ask questions about products that she put on my face, she had replied my question but she seems not interested to talk further. When she finished the Caci machine and had my hair gear loosen, told me she went off to get me a glass of water. I wonder if she had finished?
For my opinion, if you just want pure Caci Lift nothing else, you will not disappointed. But having had so many facial in the past, I would expect the full facial cleansing routine with the treatment (lifting) and a mask. So I think what they charge for what I get is consider in an expensive side.
Facials - CACI
The salon was well presented, the treatment room spacious and the atmosphere very relaxing. The Therapist was very welcoming and explained each step in detail; enough to keep me informed but not enough to disturb my experience. The massage and facial were both fantastic. The only slight downside was that at times I could hear traffic outside. However, it didn't ruin the experience and I would still heartily recommend it as the staff and treatments were both wonderful.

I have been looking for a place close to work and this is ideal. Parking out the front, a warm welcome and a lovely therapist. Would def recommend and will be returning and will be trying other treatments.
Brazilian Waxing
I particularly liked the way the therapist explained the various steps of what would happen during my treatments. Very helpful and polite staff who made you feel at ease.
I was lucky to get parked on the forecourt of the salon, but otherwise limited 1 hour parking on the street.
