The facial I had was very relaxing and included a shoulder, arm and hand massage whilst I had a mask on. The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have booked the massage and the pedicure treatment for my wife as a birthday treat. When I made the booking, the booking was made with an experienced therapist and it turned out that the massage is done by a junior therapist. Though I have got a message, it was not clear in the message about this change. The junior therapist was good, but the expectation was to have the experience from an experienced therapist. so a little disappointed.

The salon is lovely and relaxing and the gel nails were done perfectly! I'm usually quite hard to please but the therapist did a great job. The gel nails are quite expensive especially if you have a soak off too but I think it is worth it if I'm really happy with them

I paid in advance for a facial and they called back to re-arrange time and suggested adding on a back massage as part of a January offer they had on. So I paid extra at the salon and was pleased with the therapist and treatments.
