Lavender & Stone were fantastic as always but Treatwell was a let down. Despite getting a booking confirmation and reminder texts on the say, when I rang the salon to double check they hadn't got a booking and said Treatwell wasn't working for them.
Ladies' Waxing
One and a half hour that felt like ten minutes..fantastic massage and lovely staff! Been there before so I knew what to expect but it's just such a treat every time I go there and all the staff I've met have been super friendly and made me feel relaxed as soon as I walk trough the door. If I have to say something critical and picky it would be that there were a lot of stuff (products and such) in the room we were in but it honestly didn't bother me at all as it was clean, the lights were dimmed and my eyes were closed for most of the time! It would only bother a "Monica".. :D Overall, great visit and I'm already booked in for another massage!
Swedish Massage
The facial I had was very relaxing and included a shoulder, arm and hand massage whilst I had a mask on. The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable.
Classic Facials
I have booked the massage and the pedicure treatment for my wife as a birthday treat. When I made the booking, the booking was made with an experienced therapist and it turned out that the massage is done by a junior therapist. Though I have got a message, it was not clear in the message about this change. The junior therapist was good, but the expectation was to have the experience from an experienced therapist. so a little disappointed.
