The therapist didn’t soak my nails before pushing cuticles back and trimming then, it hurt at the time but a week later I have hangnails on most of my fingers (which I have never had before) and sore cuticles, despite using nail oil and hand cream daily. It was £20 for 20 minutes. Wish I hadn’t bothered!
