Describe your visit to Bluewater Spa at Best Western Plus The Connaught Hotel I enjoyed the indian head massage very relaxing. great atmosphere. the only thing that was a bit annoying was the banging of doors which disturbed the tranquillity if the treatment

There was a mix up as to whether my appointments were on a Tuesday or Wednesday, unfortunately I could not have the four appointments that I would have liked. The staff did try to find other appointments unfortunately not convienent times for me. However, my visit to the spa was lovely. I do hope to return and when I do I shall ensure I book the spa as soon I book the hotel.
