The treatment was ok however when we asked for an extra towel for our swim we were told "no we only allow one towel per guest" , I said it's for my mothers hair and the woman repeated " two towels two people no more"
Horrendous attitude from the reception staff for the spa.
Thankfully the lady who did my treatment was very polite and friendly
I felt much better after my massage , my circulation was much better and my hands are warm again thank you.
Fantastic day. Staff brilliant. Laura and her colleague were excellent. Lunch was excellent. Amazing relaxing time. Looking forward to doing it again. Thank you!
Great value for money, all facilities were clean, my massage was amazing we were not rushed even after the treatment and the afternoon tea was simply the best I have had
