The location in the hotel was nicely tucked away, the pool was a good size and the sauna had a lovely menthol fragrance, unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working.
The changing facilities were adequate.
The facial I received was 100% amazing, which was a accompanied by a head, shoulder & neck message included in the service. I can't recommend it enough.
On the downside there was some building work taking place in the room next door, who were constantly banging doors and playing their radio loud, it would have been nice to have been informed prior to booking
We had a great spa day - the staff were very friendly , the lunch was superb and the treatments were all of a very high standard.

An excellent Spa Day from beginning to end. First class service from all members of staff, reception, spa, restaurant all made us feel very relaxed. Isabel carried out my spa treatments, back neck shoulders aromatherapy massage was one of the best I have ever had followed by a beautiful luxury pedicure. Our lunch included within the Spa Package was delicious and included a lovely glass of champagne which made this great value for money. A great day with the girls relaxing and catching up away from our usual busy lives. I would definitely recommend this Spa - we will be back again I am sure.
One of the best spa days I've been on. We went on a Monday for my cousins 30th birthday (5of us) so there was not a lot of people around. Staff were so friendly and the facilities we're great! Food was yummy - a spa day that was well worth the money. We will all be returning!
