Nice facilities but swimming pool was quite cold and everyone getting in said so! Not many loungers available so a bit tricky. Treatment was lovely as was the lunch food. Overheard one staff moaning about another staff member, Not very professional!

Very relaxing and welcoming. Staff were very nice and helpful, taking the time to explain the spa and facilities. . Afternoon tea was excellent.

the sauna and steam rooms were very good, perfect temperature. there was a shortage of loungers at various stages. and unfortunately, there were repair works happening which meant the occasional loud drilling which didn't go so well with the spa ambience! the massage I had was very good.
