Brilliant day had by all. Lovely food and staff. The only downside was a lack of space to relax around the pool.
Always a great experience. This time however no where to sit by the pool only 6 beds in total.A couple more beds would be nice. So not so relaxing for us. The jacuzzi was out of action. There is a relaxation room which is nice. Staff all very professional and helpful. Restaurant meal was very good. The Aromotheraphy massage was excellent.Obe of the best spa's in Bournemouth.
Had a lovely day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My treatment was amazing and Isabelle took great care of me. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was out of order and having a bad back I was really looking forward to using it so slightly disappointed. Hard to get better really but maybe better and larger toilet facilities and maybe some ambient music during your treatment.
