My husband & I had an amazing relaxing anniversary day spa with afternoon tea & prosecco with an aromatherapy massage. The hotel & its staff are fabulous & made it a day we will remember for a lifetime!
Loved the Massage, and lunch was delicious, thought the constant mechanical noise whilst in the pool area was not conducive to relaxation.
Lovely experience with Laura as usual. Just the right amount of chat and felt very relaxed. She is excellent !
Used Blue water Spa as staying at the Best Western Plus Connaught Hotel. Well equipped gym and good sized swimming pool. Treatments available at the spa - full body massage was relaxing and carried out by a friendly and obviously experienced person who puts customers at ease.
