This was a lovely day, from the free parking to the delicious lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed the gym, the pool, the sauna, lunch and massage. I would book this for myself.
The receptionist Carina was pretty unprofessional. She didn't tell us where to go once we'd filled out our forms, then once we did find our way she was just laughing and hiccuping the whole way through the check in.
Facilities were generally good but could do with a spruce up. The pool area needs music playing the make it less silent and awkward when you are sharing with strangers. Also not enough beds! Massage was ok. But should be longer for the amount we paid in my opinion.

I arrived on time 15mins early as requested completed the health form and was met by my therapist. The welcome was luke warm, polite but not overly friendly.
The Hot Stone Massage began but for some reason I felt it was hurried and I didn't feel as relaxed as I had on a previous visit.
I wasn't asked if I had enjoyed my treatment, and eye contact was limited,.
Maybe this was just a very busy weekend being Bournemouth Air Show?
