We came to the spa on Friday. It was amazing the treatment was lovely, the spa facilities were amazing and clean. We booked two of the revive packages; however, when we arrived to the spa the trainee was on which wasn’t fair on her. She didn’t know what treatment we were having. Didn’t offer us our tea and coffee which is included. And didn’t offer either of the Swedish or aromatherapy massage. She wasn’t ready to serve customers. We went to hotel reception to say about it. And we got offered a free tea and coffee the next morning it was free and unlimited anyway! Other than that it was absolutely amazing and we will come back!
First time having a massage. Staff really helpful and lovely. Discussed any issues and took into account medical problems. Treated with respect and dignity. Would love to go back again!
Had a great day. Was bought a revive spa day as a present. Really enjoyed the day and the massage was great. Left thoroughly relaxed and pampered.
