Visited twice hope Spa always enjoyed it .excellent service and staff happy to help.
Visit wasn't great as couldn't really relax as there was a constant noise from a pump. But staff were extremely understanding and Sandra Stankeviciute as promised emailed me the following day with a complementary spa day. So sure it will be more relaxing. If pump has been mended.
The massage was great, although I thought it was expensive. The spa facilites are a bit tired and could do with updating.
