The hotel experience is very dated, tired, how they charge the prices to stay there, you would expect much better.
Spa day, not able to relax by the pool, changing rooms etc very tired and in need of a makeover.
Massage was lovely
Afternoon tea, was just OK. Personally would not be going back.
Excellent day only thing I would say is that water fountains were not available and no where to get drinks whilst in spa and leisure area. I appreciate this is likely due to Covid, would be useful to tell spa day customers to bring a drink or provide a bottle of water. After time in pool, sauna etc we were both very dehydrated.
