It would have been nice if we had been given the option to change into robes before treatment. We weren’t shown where the changing rooms where and had to find them our selves.
I wasn’t given any information about the products used.
Although we didn’t use all of the facilities what we did use was good, especially the relaxation room. Although for me personally I thought the music was just slightly too loud.
The therapist was very nice and explained the treatment before the massage started.
Overall it was a good experience
A* Anna was excellent very friendly and made me feel at ease. The whole experience made me relaxed and sleepy! Would def come back.
In the end I opted for a full body massage which was absolutely AMAZING.
Hannah made me feel very welcome and relaxed, She made sure the massage pressure was to my needs. I felt very comfortable and ease throughout, I’m sure I dozed off a couple of times as I was so relaxed.
The venue itself was very clean and smelled amazing, the atmosphere was very relaxing. Thank you Hannah
