Spa & staff lovely. Great service however terrible hotel rooms. Do not recommend under any circumstances. Mould & limescale in bathroom with stained mouldy shoeer curtain and flaking paint. No mechanical ventilation and streaming condensation on tiled walls. Mattress sagging & springs digging in with pillows like cardboard.
Had a lovely relaxing time at the spa. Hannah was very friendly and professional. Treatments were amazing.
The spa day package was not fully communicated in my opinion. At the time of booking you should be advised that you need to leave the spa area for your afternoon tea and you are not able to attend in your robes - thus requiring you to shower and change and hand back in your robes and towels. ( you need to hire these) In essence this meant that I booked a spa day but actually got a spa morning as treatments at 10am and afternoon tea at 1pm. I felt that I had been misled so please be aware.
