Hannah was very caring . My son had got me the voucher He lives in New Zealand so. Special present and as not seen him for 2 years and caring for my husband with cancer i was emotional and exhausted . Hannah was brilliant 🙏🏻

Super welcome by front desk staff and by staff in the spa and bar area. Lunch was superb and seemed much better than having afternoon tea. Pool was lovely and warm and very quiet. My only negative was the floor in the spa was very wet from previous swimmers and wearing the slippers made it very slippery and unsafe.
